45 minutes of rubbish!
On Thursday, Nintendo announced launch plans for Wii U in Japan, Europe and the US as well pricing and software plans.
A big aspect of the software plans was the shock announcement of Bayonetta 2 as a platform exclusive from Nintendo (with Sega, as IP owner, remaining as supervisor). The original was released in 2010 for PS3 and Xbox 360.
Recorded last night, myself, Shopto news writer Colin Gallacher, StickTwiddlers writer Mark Beckford and Average Gamer writer Brett Phipps talk about the presentations, the Bayonetta 2 announce, the software and if there’s a worry there’s too many ports for it already, the price and more.
I don’t know squat about editing podcasts, so this has been left entirely undoctored, so apologies for the lack of audio quality in it. And yes, I do mention US not Europe in regards to the EU release. In my defence, I hadn’t had food at that point, so I blame a lack of dinner.
Also, Brett’s microphone shits itself several times throughout to the extent it almost sounds like it’s underwater and had to leave because of it. Fair play and thanks to him for sticking out with it for as long as he did.
Anyways, here it is! 45 minutes of Wii U talk. Not many bouts of swearing, though.
